Our Leadership – VISION Career

Our team is led by Boubakeur Essedik Djoudi, founder of VISION, based in Algiers and Berlin. A graduate of the University of Magdeburg in International Business & Economics, he brings a wealth of experience in education, migration, and global workforce recruitment. His leadership ensures that every candidate’s journey to Germany is guided with expertise, care, and a deep understanding of the process.
